Chili powder

Adapted from food.com 1 tablespoon ancho chile powder* or paprika 1 teaspoon oregano 5/8 teaspoon cumin 5/8 teaspoon garlic powder 5/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/3 teaspoon onion powder *I used pasilla chile powder because that’s what I had, and it resulted in a quite spicy blend. If using that again, I’d skip the cayenne.

Yellow curry powder

Adapted from tinytestkitchen.com 2 tbsp ground coriander 1 tbsp whole cumin seeds 1/2 tsp black cardamom seeds 1/2 tsp green cardamom seeds 2 tsp ground pepper 1 1/2 tsp whole mustard seeds 1 1/2 tsp ground tumeric 2 tsp whole fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp ground chili 1/8 tsp ground cloves Makes 5 to 6 tablespoons.
