- 1 tablespoon ancho chile powder* or paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 5/8 teaspoon cumin
- 5/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 5/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/3 teaspoon onion powder
*I used pasilla chile powder because that’s what I had, and it resulted in a quite spicy blend. If using that again, I’d skip the cayenne.
