A former coworker introduced me to the idea of grinding flour at home in a grain mill during a time when I was deep into learning about nutrition (read more about my food journey). Baking has always been one of my favorite hobbies, but all of that processed flour was concerning me. When I bought my grain mill it allowed me to keep baking without the guilt and worry. I learned how to adapt recipes for the whole grain wheat flour and compiled the best stuff into a book.
