- 2 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp whole cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp black cardamom seeds
- 1/2 tsp green cardamom seeds
- 2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp whole mustard seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp ground tumeric
- 2 tsp whole fenugreek seeds
- 1/4 tsp ground chili
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
Makes 5 to 6 tablespoons.
