Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

Process notes

  • used a bit less butter, a bit more flour
  • shaped into slightly flattened balls for second pan because first pan spread too much


Could use even less butter next time. The second batch didn’t spread as much, but had also chilled longer. It also cooked too long by a minute or so, got too brown and baked-tasting.
