  • used 100% soft wheat berries
  • for sauce, used a can of crushed tomatoes, well drained
  • toppings: sauteed mushrooms and spinach


Super yummy pizza! Would definitely make again. The cornmeal was a bit too coarse, next time grind it finer. It would also be better with a bit less cheese and more sauce.

In addition to the great results with this dough recipe, I loved the pizza sauce recipe. It’s really easy and versatile, and tastes excellent.
