- the crust didn’t roll for me very well, but I was able to push the pieces into place just fine
- I made the filling ahead and refrigerated, and it took a long time to come back to room temp and smooth itself back out
- this made 2 shells, so I froze the second one for something else
Tasted fantastic, very decadent. I liked this even better than the lemon tart from a French pastry class I took.
