Follwed the instructions on the post how to make buckwheat soba noodles from scratch
- ground the buckwheat in my grain mill on the fine setting
- topped with sesame oil and tamari
Ha, my noodles look nothing like the beautiful noodles in the tutorial. They tasted good, but completely fell apart into chunks when I cooked them. Probably wouldn’t try this recipe again, but perhaps there’s another recipe that would work better for me.
